Legal issues are complicated and complex. Attempting to do your own legal work often ends in disaster, like being alone in the desert or trying to do your own surgery or dental work.
I began working in a law office while still in high school, obtained a degree in criminal justice, worked as a legal secretary, then a legal assistant, graduated law school and have been providing legal services since 1999. You will be provided one-on-one, hands-on legal services. You will never be shuffled off to an associate or legal assistant as is the case in so many law offices.
You would not call an accountant to work on your plumbing. You would not call a landscaper to do your electrical work. Legal issues mean you need legal representation.
I offer both limited scope work and full service representation.
Slick, multi-page expensive websites are often only smoke and mirrors, all form and no substance. There is no substitute for a meeting, and we can have an initial phone conference, then a video conference, meaning you can meet in the place most comfortable to you. You need an attorney with whom you are on the same page to resolve the issues you may be facing. Delay is not your friend.

How do I know if I need an attorney?
If you have any legal matters at all, an attorney can assist you so you do not later regret not having contacted legal counsel.
Is there an initial conference charge?
Yes. While the initial telephone conference is at no cost, the first video conference is at a reduced rate for one hour of time.
Although some attorneys offer "free" time, think about what "free" is worth. You would not expect to go to any other professional's office merely for "free" advice.
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes.

After we speak on the phone, we can set up a video conference at a convenient time.
